Terms of service

aidribbler models football fixtures and publishes estimated probabilities, fair odds derived from those probabilities, player projections and tactical matchup analysis. Everything published is research output produced by statistical models.

aidribbler does not offer gambling facilities. We do not take stakes, hold customer funds, operate a betting exchange, accept bets on behalf of anyone, or provide access to any gambling operator. Nothing on the service is an offer, invitation or inducement to gamble, and nothing on the service is financial, investment or legal advice.

Any decision to place a bet is yours alone, made with a third party of your own choosing, under that third party's terms and under the law that applies to you.

Probability estimates are estimates. A market the model rates at 65% is expected to lose roughly a third of the time, and even a well-calibrated model has long losing runs. Historical or published performance figures describe the past and do not predict future results.

We do not promise profit, positive returns, accuracy, or any particular strike rate, and you must not rely on the service as if we did.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a betting-analytics service where you live. You are responsible for confirming that your use of aidribbler complies with local law. We may refuse or terminate access where we believe use is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person; sharing, reselling or redistributing our analysis in bulk is not permitted.

aidribbler is sold as a monthly subscription: Baseline at €15.20 per month and Pro at €37.60 per month, both charged in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices include applicable VAT where required.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund periods because analysis did not produce a profit — you are paying for access to research, not for results. Statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected. Renewal prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Do not scrape, mirror, resell or republish our data or model output; do not attempt to reverse-engineer the models; do not circumvent access controls or plan gating; do not use the service to run an automated tipping, syndicate or resale operation; and do not misrepresent our output as guaranteed or as originating from a gambling operator.

Fixtures, results and statistics come from third-party providers. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and fixtures are sometimes rescheduled after we publish. We correct errors when we find them but do not warrant that third-party data is accurate or uninterrupted.

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or events outside our control. Analysis for a given fixture may be unavailable if upstream data is missing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aidribbler is not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from decisions you take based on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from Account settings.
